Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed by payment of the first night or 50% of total, whichever is greater.
Cancellation: All cancellations and refunds are subject to an accounting fee of $35.
Except for the Holiday period of November 15 through January 15, reservations are refundable if 14 days prior to the reservation, written notice is provided to the Inn.
During the Holiday period, 30 days written notice of cancellation is required for a full refund. Otherwise, a refund will be made only to the extent the room is rebooked.
